Kathmandu, June 14
Foreign Minister Narayan Khadka has stated that action is being done in the case of Nepali
citizen Jaisingh Dhami’s disappearance. He told a House of Representatives meeting on Tuesday that a letter was sent to the Government of India through diplomatic channels on September 5, 2021, requesting that necessary action be taken in response to the report of the committee formed to investigate Dhami’s disappearance while crossing the Mahakali River.
He stated that Nepal takes continuous initiative on behalf of Nepal. After being cut off by Indian security agents while crossing the Mahakali River in 2078 BS, Dhami went missing in the Mahakali River.
