Rewards for election video campaigners

The Election Commission has decided to reward people who distribute election-related
educational videos.

By May 12, the commission will reward cash and letters of recognition to the individual or
group that has reached 5 million, 3 million, or 2 million viewers by developing an election
message video and publishing it on Facebook, YouTube, or other social media platforms.

According to the commission’s information, those who achieve an audience of five million or more will get fifty thousand rupees, those who reach three million or more will receive thirty thousand rupees, and those who reach two million or more will receive twenty thousand rupees.

According to the commission, the commission’s informative videos for the municipal elections have been put on social media sites such as Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and Viber.
