Famous rapper Balen Shah has registered his candidature for the post of Mayor of Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
Arriving at the office of the Chief Electoral Officer on Sunday, Balen registered his candidacy for mayor independently.
Balen, an engineer by profession and a singer by interest, announced his candidacy for the post of mayor, and his discussion spread on social media.
