In Api Himal Gaonpalika-1, a tourist house has been built in Dhauliodar. The Ministry of Forest, Industry and Tourism spent Rs 2.5 million to construct the structure. Ganesh Poudel, the Api Nampa Conservation Area Office’s Chief Conservation Officer, protested the construction of constructions within the conservation area.

During the development of the tourist lodging, Rajendra Raikhola, a technician at the Division Forest Office in Darchula, noted that collaboration with the Nampa Conservation Area was made. ”We’ve met and spoken about building a house,” he added, ”but nothing has been actually drafted in written form.”

Meanwhile, with the support of the same government, a tourist house will be built at Dokang of Tinkar in byas village municipality-1. In two areas of the district, tourist accommodations are being built. The dwellings are made of trusses, according to technician Raikhola, because it is impossible to build houses out of wood in Dokang. According to reports, Narayan Singh Tinkari has secured a contract to develop the structure for Rs 2.5 million.
