Two people have been charged for embezzling Rs 300,000

Kathmandu, April 13

Two people, including the headmaster, have been charged by the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority on charges of accepting a bribe of Rs 300,000.

Rakesh Kumar Thakur, headmaster of Bishweshwar Prasad Koirala Adarsh Secondary School, Jokha, Ghiura, Rautahat, and Dipendra Kumar Jha, manager of Dipendra Surgical Shop, are among those who have been arrested.

The principal is accused of accepting a bribe to extend the contract time. They were arrested in Saruattha, Yamunamai village, Rautahat district, according to authorities.
