Newly elected member of the National Assembly (NA), Narayan Dahal, leader of CPN (Maoist Center) took an oath of office and secrecy on Tuesday.
Dahal was sworn in as a member of the National Assembly today at 11:30 am in the federal parliament’s secretariat.
National Assembly Chair Ganesh Prasad Timilsina administered the oath of office and secrecy to Narayan Prasad Dahal today.
President Bidya Devi Bhandari had on April 8 nominated him to the National Assembly, the
Upper House of the Federal Parliament, on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.
