The government team was blocked at the entrance by the Batas company, which operates a hotel in Pashupati Dharamsala.

When the government delegation attempted to enter Dharamshala, officials from the Batas
organization erected a barrier. Outside the gate, the government crew came to a halt.

The two factions attempting to enter and halt the gate have been fighting at the entrance.

Representatives of the Batas group had asked to wait for the Supreme Court’s final decision since they were undertaking legal proceedings. Officials from the government, on the other hand, warned they would not be permitted to examine their property and urged them to open the gate.

The fund decided to cancel the agreement established with Hotel Ananda Pvt on March 31st, citing the lack of employment as a reason.

The Batas group, on the other hand, could not understand the fund’s letter. The Pashupati Area Development Fund then issued a public notice to remove the Hotel Anand-batas Pashupati Dharamsala building on Monday. The items of the facility should be removed, according to the notification.

However, the structure has not been destroyed. On Friday, a team led by a government agent arrived to lock the hotel, claiming that the Batas group had come to a halt at the entrance.
