Kathmandu, April 6
Popular Nepali cine artist and producer Bhuwan KC is making preparations to file a candidacy for the post of mayor in Kathmandu Metropolitan City.
KC will run for the post from the Unnat Loktantrik Party in the upcoming local elections.
The party, which is led by Swagat Nepal, has stated that it will field KC for mayor and Reshma Lama for deputy mayor.
It is learned that KC’s election symbol is a book.
