Kathmandu, April 3
The customs agent’s examination is scheduled to take place on April 30. The examination will begin at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 30th, according to the customs agency.
The department stated that the new examination date was set after the Patan High Court
decided not to maintain the short-term interim order that had previously been given to
postpone the examination. Previously, on the evening of March 11, the examination scheduled for March 12 was postponed for the third time.
Due to a shortage of customs officers at the border, the administration decided to hire 600
extra agents last year. Despite the fact that the exam was supposed to take place in June, it was postponed for a variety of reasons.
