Peace talks are taking place between Russia and Ukraine.
The negotiations were publicized online today by Russian negotiator David Arakhamia.
Reuters reports that the talk will take place online despite Russian President Vladimir Putin’s rejection of Ukraine’s offer of direct talks with President Volodymyr Zelensky.
The Russian attack, which lasted a month, had a global impact. Russia’s most recent move has resulted in energy shortages around the globe, not just in Europe.
