Kathmandu, March 28
Police have arrested four people who had been on the run after robbing 13 kilograms of silver jewelry.
The arrested are Sabin BK, 24, of Jhapa, Badal BK, 24, of Itahari, Morang, Manoj Thakur of
Bardibas, Mahottari and Bishal BK of Rautamai, Udayapur.
They had looted the ornaments being carried by Om Kalikote, a staffer of Pathibhara Jewelers and Suppliers based in Damak rural municipality-1, on March 22, said police.
They robbed Kalikote at Belbari-4 as he was transporting silver jewelry from east to west.
Police said they are investigating the case after taking them on a remand from the District Court Morang.
