Kathmandu, March 27

Shesh Ghale, the principal supporter of the Non-Resident Nepali Association, has filed the
legislation passed by the recently ended tenth general convention with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

On Sunday, officials arrived at the ministry, including newly elected chairperson Binod Kunwar, to register for the ratification of the constitution established by the tenth general conference.

”After long negotiations in the Convention Hall, we have revised the terms of the constitution for the benefit of the organization,” Chairman Kunwar remarked.

On March 22-24, the association’s tenth general convention was held at the Yak & Yeti Hotel in Kathmandu.

Due to a recent disagreement, the other party did not participate in the General Convention
procedure. Since yesterday, the party that did not attend the main convention has been holding a second general convention in Lalitpur.
