The five construction businessmen and suppliers who have been nominated for blacklisting
have been questioned by the Public Procurement Monitoring Office.
Kailali-based Aman & Isa Construction Pvt. Ltd., Abhishek Construction Services Dang, Palpa-based Shrestha Construction Services, Kathmandu-based BT Construction Services, and Shivaram Construction Pvt. Ltd Dolakha were the five companies asked for an explanation.
Chowkune Village Municipality of Surkhet proposed blacklisting Aman & Isa Construction Pvt. Ltd., Abhishek Nirman Sewa by Road Division Dang, and Shrestha Nirman Sewa by Road Infrastructure Development Office, Palpa.
The Dang Drinking Water and Sanitation Division Office also suggested that BT Construction Services and Shivaram Construction Pvt. Ltd. be blacklisted.
Within 30 days of the date of publication of the public notice today, these companies must
submit the justification and proof that they should not be banned. The Public Procurement
Monitoring Office will blacklist it if the explanation is not satisfactory. If it is blacklisted, it will be banned from competing in any public procurement process for the duration of the
blacklisting.
