The Nepse index increased by double digits on the third day of the week. The Nepse index climbed by 16.04 points to 2650.70. The market had previously fallen by double digits on Sunday, the opening day of the week, before rising by double digits on Monday.
The Sensitive Index, which tracks the trading activity of Class A companies, gained 2.06 points as well. In the ‘A’ category, there are 36 firms, including 25 banks. Despite the surge in the Nepse index, the transaction value has remained the same at Rs 2.51 billion.
During the day, a total of 53 lakh 29 thousand 993 shares of 235 securities were exchanged in 36 thousand 772 transactions. As a result, the total transaction value has increased to Rs 2.51 billion 888.94 million 178.
