For non-payment of arrears, the Nepal Civil Aviation Authority is ready to take action against seven airlines. The NEA has given seven days to pay up their debts to the seven enterprises that are no longer in existence.
Necon Air, Shiwani Air, Gorkha Air, Mountain Air, Cosmic Air, Skyline Airways, and Air
Kasthamandap are among the firms. These businesses are no longer in existence.

Apart from that, the NEA has warned that, under the Airport Service Fee Regulations, operators and firms may be barred from receiving any type of service linked to air services, airports, or the NEA in the future.
If the firm does not pay the arrears within the specified time, the NEA will blacklist it. The NEA has previously taken action against these businesses.
