Bottlers Nepal Limited has said that it would adhere to Nepalese legislation. Bottlers Nepal has stated that it will completely support the appropriate organizations in doing studies on any issue that arises.
Bottlers Nepal Limited has made a statement indicating that as a long-term investor, it is
dedicated to running the business properly.
On February 11, the Revenue Investigation Department filed a complaint in the Patan High
Court accusing Bottlers Nepal of evading capital gains tax.
In a statement, the firm stated that it accepts all Nepalese laws and regulations, upholds its high ethical principles, and does not tolerate any behaviors that are against the company’s norms.
Bottlers Nepal Limited has been in the Nepalese market for about 50 years. This firm is one of Nepal’s major fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies.
More than a thousand people in two facilities, including Kathmandu and Bharatpur, have
contributed directly and indirectly to Nepal’s retail economy.
