A new exhibition at the National Art Museum of China is showcasing the country’s magnificent mountains and rivers through the various landscape paintings in the museum’s collection.
The Magnificent Mountains and Rivers exhibition, also a part of the museum’s Activation of Classic Collections series, features over 130 artworks from renowned painters such as Qi Baishi, Fu Baoshi and Li Keran as well as modern painters. The exhibition’s five sections cover natural scenes to booming urban construction scenes.
The exhibition is set to run until March 23.
