Kathmandu, February 27
Anti-MCC protests continue in New Baneshwor, as the House of Representatives prepares to
pass an agreement on the MCC project during today’s meeting.
People with anti-MCC placards are chanting slogans in the streets.
Meanwhile, the government has deployed a large number of police personnel on the road from Maitighar in Kathmandu to Baneshwar given the protests against MCC.
