CPN (Maoist Center) leader Narayan Kaji Shrestha has strongly disagreed with the party’s
decision to approve the MCC from the parliament.
On Sunday morning, Leader Shrestha tweeted to express his disappointment with Chairman Prachanda’s decision.
Earlier, the Maoist Centre, which had been opposing the MCC, had decided to ratify the MCC with an explanatory announcement at a meeting on Sunday morning.
“In the five-party alliance, Chairman Prachanda has informed that the MCC agreement will be ratified with an explanatory note. I strongly disagree with this decision,” Shrestha wrote on Twitter.
The Maoist Centre had stated previously that in the current situation, the MCC could not be
approved.
