Kathmandu, February 25
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal held a meeting. On Friday afternoon, Nepal arrived in Baluwatar to meet with Prime Minister Deuba.
The differences in the ruling coalition caused by the MCC have been discussed, according to the Prime Minister’s Secretariat. Discussions between them have been looking for new alternatives to pass the MCC.
Deuba and Nepal have agreed that the MCC should be passed by safeguarding the ruling
coalition.
After the discussion with Nepal, Deuba, who is also the Nepali Congress president, is engaged in internal discussions with the top leaders of the party.
