As more cross-border truck drivers from Hong Kong test positive, Shenzhen police issued a notice on Wednesday that two people who are in charge of an international supply chain company are being investigated on the suspicion of conducting overseas e-commerce cargo transfers and cross-border cargo transportation against anti-epidemic rules.

According to the announcement, the above case was discovered during the process of tracing the source of the latest wave of the epidemic in Shenzhen related to the confirmed cases at the Shenzhen port to Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. At present, all employees of the company have been quarantined in accordance with the anti-epidemic regulations, and control measures have been taken in the relevant areas and strict disinfection has been completed.

The Shenzhen Health Commission announced on Tuesday that 24 cross-border truck drivers tested positive at the Shenzhen port, and all were engaged in cross-border transportation.
