On the eve of parliamentary elections in Somalia, a suicide bomber has murdered at least 14 people. A total of 16 persons have been injured.
The bomber detonated his device in front of a restaurant in the Somali town of Beledwen
shortly afternoon. The bomber detonated his device in front of a police station shortly

Following a bomb detonation on the eve of parliamentary elections in Somalia, security has
been tightened up.
Al Shabaab, a terrorist organization, has claimed responsibility for the attack. One of his fighters detonated the device, he stated in a statement.
The device burst when people were eating in the open area of Hassan Dhif restaurant,
according to eyewitnesses.
