President Xi Jinping and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi paid a visit to the Hubei Provincial Museum on Friday.
The two leaders saw an exhibition of fine relics from Chinese civilization — with special focus on the culture of Hubei — at the museum.
They also exchanged views on the relationship and communications between the two ancient civilizations of China and India, and promoted the harmonious coexistence of different civilizations.
Modi is visiting China from Friday to Saturday, during which he is scheduled to have informal meeting with Xi.
