CPN-Maoist Center MP Sudan Kirati has called for a referendum on Millennium Challenge
Compact (MCC).
Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and former Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda wrote a letter to the International Relations Committee’s Millennium Challenge Corporation on Monday was a mistake. While saying that the parliamentary committee should also speak about MCC, He said, ”let’s hold a referendum if possible, if Not, Let’s build a voice by holding a roundtable conference.”
Stating that MCC is a traitor, he has asked to prove if not.
