Meeting of CDOs of Kathmandu Valley is being held today

Valley’s three chief district officers (CDOs) are scheduled to meet to discuss.

Kathmandu Chief District Officer Govinda Prasad Rijal informed that the meeting will be held on Sunday at 5 o’clock.

He said that the CDOs of Kathmandu, Lalitpur and Bhaktapur districts would participate in the meeting and issue the order.

Rijal said that discussions will be held on the enforced system in private vehicles, educational institutions and other issues in the Kathmandu Valley.

“It simply came to our notice then. We sit around five o’clock. CCMC also has some
recommendations. There will also be a discussion on the institutions that were stopped by the previous order. The order will come today,” he said.

The CCMC has recommended the removal of the coercive system applied to private vehicles.

Similarly, it has been recommended to run the school from Falgun 1.

The school was closed in January after an outbreak of the corona virus. The school was open from Magh 15 to 20 to vaccinate the students.
