Four people have been killed in snow and fire incidents in the last 24 hours. According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority, four people have been killed and five others injured in 14 incidents in the last 24 hours.
According to authority, a 40-year-old man living in the forest near Bara village of Tatopani
Gaonpalika-7 of Jumla has died due to snowfall while a woman living in 8 Topla of the same
village has also died due to snowfall. Meanwhile, an 18-year-old girl has died in a fire in
Jantedhunga village municipality-1 of Khotang district. She died on the way to the hospital after being injured in the fire.
Similarly, a 55-year-old woman was burnt to death in Siraha Kalyanpur Municipality-5.
According to the daily bulletin issued by the authority, he died due to sudden fire in his body while heating the fire in his own house.
