Kathmandu, January 20
The government of Bagmati has appointed 300 nurses for the school nursing program to treat those infected with corona.
A spokesperson for the Ministry of Health, Basant Adhikari, said that the nurses were being
mobilized after the shortage of manpower due to the increase in corona infection.
The ministry has sent a letter to the health office to operate in the district hospital or health
center as per the need.
He said, ”Three nurses have been mobilized at the local level in the school nursing program. Now a circular has been issued to mobilize them to control covid infection.”
