Kathmandu, January 18
The Supreme Court has decided to reduce the service from Wednesday to Magh 18. With the reduction of services, the Supreme Court will now provide only six types of services. There will be hearing of urgent petitions related to habeas corpus and Covid-19 epidemic.
The case will be heard again. There will also be a hearing on the petition and report of the
detainee in the criminal case. Other detainees will also be heard.
Similarly, appeals will be heard on the date set by the government, which has been registered by the government but has not been ordered to withdraw the other party.
It is mentioned in the decision of the court that the registration of cases / petitions, appeals and other dates will be done regularly.
The Supreme Court has decided to take necessary decisions in the case of high and district
courts and other tribunals based on the local environment.
