With the corona infection at the VIP level, even the cabinet meeting has been affected. After the corona infection was confirmed in the Chairman of the Maoist Center Prachanda, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba and some of his cabinet ministers have been in contact tracing.
After contact tracing, Prime Minister Deuba has been in quarantine since Saturday and
Communications Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki is also in quarantine. Communications
Minister Karki said that the meeting was affected as the Prime Minister and some other
ministers were in quarantine due to Corona. The meeting will be held only after the corona
report of the Prime Minister is negative. Meetings of the Council of Ministers are held regularly on Thursdays and Mondays.
The VIPs have been affected by the Corona epidemic, despite some cabinet decisions. A
meeting of the Covid 19 management committee held on Sunday had made 13 different
recommendations since the school was closed.
