Speaker Agni Prasad Sapkota has expressed confidence that the stalemate in the parliament will end soon on the basis of political consensus. Addressing a program organized by Milijuli Matri Shishu Savings and Loan Cooperative at Balefi Gaonpalika-2 on Saturday, the speaker said that the solution to the political problem would come from the reconstituted House.
Speaker Sapkota said, “I am in charge of the Speaker today because of your vote. You have made me the head of one of the three organs of the state, this will not betray your faith and trust.”
Central member of the CPN (Maoist Center) Madhav Sapkota, Chief District Officer Bed Nidhi Khanal and the head of the district security body were present on the occasion. The
participants of the program said that the cooperative run by women is exemplary in the district and wished for further progress.
