Currently, there is no significant weather system in the country. According to the
Meteorological Department, the weather is generally clear across the country. There is fog in the valley and in the Terai. The department is requested to take necessary precautions to avoid cold.
On Monday, there will be partial cloud cover across the country, while on Tuesday there will be partial to moderate cloud cover in Far West and Karnali provinces and partial cloud cover in the rest of the country. There is a possibility of light snowfall in the high hilly and mountainous areas of the far western region.
Similarly, there will be partial to moderate cloud cover in Far West, Karnali, Lumbini, Gandaki and Bagmati provinces on Wednesday. There is a possibility of light snowfall in high hilly and mountainous areas of Far West and Karnali and light rain in hilly areas of Far West, Karnali and Gandaki.
