Leader Lekh Nath Neupane has different views on the political report submitted by CPN-Maoist Chairman Prachanda. During the closed-door group discussion, he said that Prachanda’s “Nepali way of socialism in the 21st century” was incomplete and disagreed with eight points.
A leader said that he had different views in the group discussion of the Upatyaka Special
Provincial Committee and that information was provided by team leader Jagat Simkhada in a closed session. He said that the basic issues in the document were insufficient and that the document of the General Convention could not take shape. It is also said that some
representatives of the group have given written suggestions.
