Transport service to Hetauda-Kathmandu has been disrupted since this morning due to snowfall in Seembhanjyang and Aghor of Makwanpur district under Tribhuvan Highway. Traffic has been blocked since 7:15 this morning due to heavy snowfall since last night, said Police Inspector Shri Ram Timalsina of Area Police Office, Palung.
According to him, the traffic has been suspended due to the risk of accidents while operating various vehicles from Kathmandu to Hetauda and from Hetauda to Kathmandu due to snowfall in the area. He said that if the weather improves, preparations are being made to clear the snow by this afternoon.
