Share price adjustment of three companies in Nepse

Share prices of three companies have been adjusted on the Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE). On Tuesday, 20 percent bonus shares of Mahalakshmi Development Bank, 29.5 percent of Nirdhan Utthan and 7 percent of Nepal Hydro Developers were adjusted in Nepse.

After the adjustment, the share price of Mahalakshmi Development Bank has remained at Rs 470.33. The bank is distributing 20 percent bonus and 1.05 percent cash dividend for tax purposes from the last fiscal year’s profit.

After the adjustment of the upliftment of the poor, it has remained at Rs. 1,200.77.
Microfinance is distributing 29.5 percent bonus share from last year’s profit and 1.55 percent cash dividend to pay taxes.

After the adjustment of Nepal Hydro Developers, it has remained at Rs. 365.42. The company is distributing 7 percent bonus share from the last fiscal year’s profit and zero-point 56 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.

Nepse has adjusted the share price of these companies based on the last price of the previous trading day. On the previous trading day, Monday, Mahalakshmi’s share was traded at Rs 564.40 per share, Nirdhan Utthan at Rs 1,555 and Nepal Hydro Developers at Rs 391 per share.
