CPN-UML has decided to shift its central office from Thapathali to Chaysal within
three months. The UML office in Balkhu was temporarily shifted to Thapathali
through Dhumbarahi after it was destroyed by the earthquake. The party has
stated that as the current office is insufficient, new temporary arrangements will
have to be made until the new building is constructed.
According to the statement issued by the UML, an agreement has been reached
with the foundation for five years to run the central office at Tulsilal Smriti
Bhawan Chyasal. This has been discussed at the Central Committee meeting held
on Mangsir 25 and 26 and it has been decided to implement the future plan.
The UML has an action plan to renovate and renovate the building of Tulsilal
Memorial Foundation and relocate all the offices within three months. UML will
also invest in the construction of a new hall on the land of the foundation so that
the meeting of the central committee can be conducted.
