CPN (UML) General Secretary Shankar Pokharel is holding a press conference on
Friday. A press conference is being held in Baneshwor at 1:30 pm to make public
the decisions taken by the second meeting of the Central Committee held on
Mangsir 25 and 26.
According to Bishnu Rijal, Deputy Chief of the Central Publicity Department, this
will be the first press conference of the newly elected General Secretary Pokharel.
After the 10th General Convention held in Chitwan on 10-14 Mangsir, the first
meeting of the UML Central Committee was held in Sauraha and the second
meeting was held in Bhaktapur.
The meeting has already divided the work of 301 leaders elected from the
nomination of 44 central members.
