Prime Minister Deuba invited to UML General Convention

CPN-UML has invited Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba as a guest in the inaugural session of the upcoming General Convention.

UML Parliamentary Party leader Subash Nemwang and general convention’s hospitality committee coordinator Dr. Rajan Bhattarai handed over the invitation letter to Prime Minister Deuba at the PM’s residence in Baluwatar, said Surya Thapa, Deputy Chief of UML’s Publicity Department.

The UML General Convention is being held in Chitwan from 10 to 12 Mangsir. According to him, UML has also invited CPN (Maoist Centre), Democratic Socialist Party Nepal and Nepal Mazdoor Kisan Party for hospitality at the inauguration ceremony.

Today, Dr. Bhattarai also handed over the invitation to CPN (Maoist Centre) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal ‘Prachanda’, Democratic Socialist Party Nepal Chairman Mahantha Thakur and Nepal Mazdoor Kisan Party Chairman Narayan Man Bijukchhe.

Deputy Chief of the Publicity Department Thapa informed that the Janata Samajwadi Party, Rastriya Prajatantra Party and all other parties would be invited for the general convention soon.
