China has been actively supporting Covax and increasing the availability and cost of vaccines in developing countries. So far, China has provided about 1 billion vaccines and radical solutions to more than 100 countries and international organizations, and will strive to provide 2 billion doses of vaccines this year.
China has provided vaccine quantities as well as promoted local production of vaccines in other countries. Chinese vaccine companies have started cooperative production in many countries, including the United Arb Emirates, Egypt, and Indonesia.
