Letter to the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board for clarification within three days

The Finance Ministry has sent a letter to the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Board, Bhishma Raj Dhungana, to give an explanation within three days regarding the shares allegedly bought in the name of his daughter.

The ministry on Thursday issued a directive in the name of the Securities and Exchange Board to send the factual details to the ministry within three days.

It was reported that the Board Chairman Dhungana had bought more than 10,000 shares of the Sarwottam Cement Company, which is preparing to issue an IPO, in the name of his daughter.
