After the Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba received a vote of confidence in the federal parliament, discussions between the ruling parties on the expansion of the cabinet have intensified. In this regard, CPN(Maoist Center) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal and Janata Samajwadi Party Nepal Chairman Upendra Yadav had separate meetings eith CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal, who had given a vote of confidence to Prime Minister Deuba.
UCPN(M) Chairman Dahal and Janata Samajwadi Party Chairman Yadav had reached in Koteshwar to meet leader Nepal. It is understood that the current political situation of the country, expansion of the cabinet and other issues were discussed during the discussion held at the residence of the leader Nepal this morning. However, leaders from both sides have not given a formal response to the media regarding the meeting. Meanwhile, Mohammad Istaiaq Rai, a member of the executive committee of the Janata Samajwadi Party said that Yadav had discussed current issues with leader Nepal and would provide details in the afternoon.
According to him, the meeting of the parliamentary party of Janata Samajwadi Party is being held at Singha Durbar at noon. Before the meeting, Chairman Yadav held party consultations. A one-hour talk was also held between the ruling party’s main Maoist chairman ‘Prachanda’ and leader Nepal. After that, Chairman Yadav also had a discussion with a separate leader Nepal. By Muna Chand
