Led by Hong Kong govt CE Carrie Lam, several officials from HKSAR govt will depart from Hong Kong to Beijing on Mon to attend the celebration activities of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC. During Lam’s absence, chief secretary John Lee will substitute as CE.
