China’s State Council today unveiled o white paper on “China’s new kind of party system.”
According to the White Paper, the Chinese Communist Party-led system of multi-party cooperation and political consultation is one of China’s basic political systems. This system is a new kind of party system in China. The arrangement includes Chinese Communist Party and eight democratic parties and independents. Over the past long period, the Chinese Communist Party has worked closely with the various democratic parties, passed various tests, and established close cooperative relations.
China’s new kind of party system is in line with China’s national situation and the demands of governing the nation. It is a basic political system useful for national development, ethnic re-emergence, social progress and happy life of the people. By Muna Chand
