Doctors warn to resign if demands are not addressed

Doctors at the BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Sunsari, Dharan, have warned to resign if their demands are not addressed.

They warned that the management was not serious even after the seventh day of the agitation. No agreement has been reached to the talks as the foundation has sent a team under the coordination of Professor Dr. Guru Khanal to hold talks with the agitating doctors.

It is said that the negotiating team of the academy could not make a decision as some points were related to the vice chancellor of the academy, Dr. Gyanendra Griri, Coordinator of the joint Struggle Committee, Dr. SP Rimal, said that additional demands were made as the dialogue committee was formed to break the deadlock.
