The last ban issued in the Kathmandu Valley is coming to an end from tomorrow

The last ban issued in Kathmandu Valley is coming to an end from tomorrow. A meeting of the chief district officers of all the three districts of Kathmandu Valley is being held today to take a decision on the ban. It is said that a decision will be taken only after the meeting whether to add the injunction or which areas will be allowed to open.

At present, food and vegetable shops are open till 11 am, while shops selling construction materials are open after 4pm. Although the risk of corona infection has decreased, the risk remains and the decision will be made based on the condition of the infection.

Earlier, a meeting of the Corona Board of Directors had decided to launch a smart lockdown from the second week of Asar to keep the economic sector afloat. By Muna Chand
