The hearing on the writ petition filed in the Supreme Court regarding the dissolution of the House of Representatives has been adjourned today. The hearing, which started yesterday, has been postponed due to ill health of Chief Justice Cholendra Shamsher Rana.
The Supreme Court has not made public the list of constitutional sessions in the ‘Cause List’ published today.
Minister’s legal practitioners should not enter the subject session after a dispute arose over the formation of the constitutional session.
The reconstituted constitutional bench includes Chief Justice Rana, Deepak Kumar Karki, Mira Khadka, Ishwar Prasad Khatiwada and Dr Ananda Mohan Bhattarai. By Muna Chand
