The Youth Sailing League ended its Xiamen racing event on Monday, with the local Ironrock Sailing club dominating the event.
Young sailors from the club completed a podium sweep in the Boys’ Optimist Dinghy race among several other podium finishes during the four-day event.
The league, founded six years ago by the Chinese Yachting Association to boost the sport’s popularity among younger Chinese, has become the top amateur sailing league for teenagers in China.
The next race will be held in Suzhou, East China’s Jiangsu Province on Friday.
