Kathmandu, 30 November : The locals of Westen Thori of Parsa district have strongly opposed to the forcefully act of Indian side by changing the course of the Thutekhola thereby depriving the Nepalis of water.
Indian side has blocked the source of the rivulet and dug a channel changing the course to her soil. The Ward Chair of Thori Rural Municipality-3 Surya Bahadur Lama has raised the issue and have demanded immediate dismantling of the channel and leaving for the natural flow, reports himalkhabar.com.
