A series of special envelopes will be launched on Tuesday, April 23, 2019 to celebrate the 70th founding anniversary of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Navy, reports the Navy Today.
A set will include a main commemorative envelope and 34 others with 4 different themes.
April 23, 2019 marks the 70th founding anniversary of the PLA Navy. A multinational naval event will be held in Qingdao from April 22 to 25.
