Association to boost cultural exchanges between Asia-Pacific, Europe and world

The Asia-Pacific Women’s Association (APWA) has held its first meeting of the year in Brussels.

APWA President Cai Xiaoli says their work this year will aim to boost cultural exchanges between Asia-Pacific countries, Europe and the rest of the world.

They will hold a series of cultural and charity events this year, including Women’s Day celebrations, a bring-and-buy-sale, as well as a fashion show.

The meeting also features a series of cultural elements concerning China’s lunar New Year, with attendees playing games, dancing, and learning about different ways of expressing New Year greetings.
