Kathmandu, June 19
A medical college will be established in the United Arab Emirates, according to medical college director Durga Prasai (Dubai). Prasai announced the building of a medical college in Dubai to teach 500 physicians and a nursing college to train 2500 nurses during a ceremony held on Sunday at Birtamod-based B&C Hospital in Jhapa.
“In Nepal, I was not allowed to start a medical college,” he explained. We’ve decided to build a medical college named B & C Dubai in each other’s cities.’ He said that he and the visiting prince of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed Maktoum Jumala Maktoum, had reached an accord.
